Summer is finally upon us and I'm lovin' it! Warm weather puts me in the happiest of moods. I hope y'all had a better weekend than I did!! Friday night my car go towed :( but, other than that it was a pretty good weekend. I had work allllll day on Saturday but, Sunday I got to spend some time with family at my sister's graduation and I have to say I was happy I got to share that sweet moment at home with her!
Everyone knows by now that I'm obsessed my gingham, I think it's the perfect summer pattern (see all the other trends I lover HERE). I got this top a few months ago from forever 21 and I absolutely adore it! It has smocked detailing through the bust and sleeves, and how it flares out into peplum detailing along the bottom.

This outfit is SO comfortable and adorable. The skirt feels like butter and it's supper stretchy (that good "suck you in" material) it hugs your curves in all the right places. The top is a MUST HAVE! It's only $15 and it's perfect for summer time. Dress it up how I did with a skirt or even white denim jeans, or throw on a pair of cut offs for a more casual look. Of course I paired it with my favorite espadrilles. I told y'all I would be living in these when I bought them and....I wear them all the time! They are seriously so comfortable too. I wore these to my sister's graduation and even with walking around all day, I didn't get a single blister. I talked about this bag on my Instagram stories the other day, it's a perfect "look-a-like" straw bag but, this one is useful and you can store all your necessities without worrying about them falling out. The outside it a faux leather and then it has a canvas bag inside that zips on top. The strap is adjustable so, you can wear it as a crossbody or, hold the handles like a clutch.
Overall, this is an affordable outfit that is perfect for a date night or brunch with the girls! I hope y'all have a great end to the week! I leave Sunday to go to China for a couple weeks and I can't wait to share all those experiences with you! Don't worry, there will still be new What to Wear Wednesday's even when I'm gone!
Stay Stylish,
Hailey
